Larry “Haze” Hazelbacher

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Larry has had a lifetime full of musical achievements. He was literally raised in a music store owned by his father.

Larry started playing piano at the age of two. Completely self-taught, he learned how to play the piano by listening to classical and jazz records from his father’s collection till the time he was seven years of age.

By this time he had appeared on local television and caught the attention of staff members at CCM (Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music). He was granted a scholarship to CCM where he studied music theory, classical and jazz piano for 3 years. He continued studying at a Cincinnati Performing Arts school—”SCPA”—where he majored in Classical Violin for several years.

With a music store at his disposal he learned how to play several instruments over the years. His favorite instrument would become the guitar. He has since played on multiple records, appeared on several television shows and performed on stages all over the globe.

Larry currently resides in Nashville, TN where he owns a successful recording studio writing jingles for TV commercials, as well as voice-overs and music for various companies. He is currently on his eighth U.S. tour with country superstar Darryl Worley.
