LIMITED TEN (10) YEAR WARRANTY
We are a small American company dedicated to designing and building products of the highest quality, offering superior performance and lasting value. Your SWELL pedal(s), with proper use and maintenance, will continue to supply you with musical inspiration for years and years to come.
To that end SWELL Pedal Company warrants our products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of purchase. Tubes and power supplies are warranted for ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase.
SWELL products under warranty determined to be defective will be repaired without charge or, at SWELL Pedal Company's sole discretion, may be replaced with a similar unit. Any misuse, abuse, modification, unauthorized repair or failure to properly maintain your SWELL Pedal Company product may, at SWELL Pedal Company's sole discretion, invalidate this warranty.
This limited warranty applies only to new SWELL Pedal Company products sold by authorized SWELL Dealers in the United States.
SWELL Pedal Company shall not be held liable for any damages whether incidental, consequential or otherwise. No other warranties are expressed or implied.
To activate this warranty you must register your product within thirty (30) days of your purchase.
